Jill Ginsberg was diagnosed with blood cancer in 2012 by her medical oncologist at Texas Oncology. He referred her for an allogeneic transplant, which she had at our sister program in San Antonio, Texas.
It was that search for a match and the overwhelming outpouring of support I received that inspired me to establish the Gift of Life Bone Marrow Foundation.
